today start werk @ 3pm till 11pm...

so reached werk have my lunch dat is chicken kebab, after a long time of dunnoe go where,nora came back to werk n she congrats me for getting promoted....so i jus say thanks....

so there's tis agent hu needs sum help, called rabi(team-leader) instead of me n nora whereby we are jus around her, den while rabi was attending to her, nora talked to me about this issue regards to y dat agent call rabi instead of me or any sup? and she told me not to give these agents too much face or else they will jump over u n ended e talk wif bodoh!!!tis is e part where she makes me think whether to argue wif her or jus accept it....so i just say ok to her but i'll not forget what she say to me - BODOH!!!

EVEN though im a forgiving person, if i forget it, bagus jgk argh....

so after dat, i was saying to myself, dat she's like those ngada2 nyer type n charac type...ya maybe she's following the procedures lah but part of her is charac.....so i jus cant be bothered to argue....let allah s.w.t show these type of person e rite path...

and anyway i'll try not to follow my past attitude whereby sikit2 nk argue den later fight lah....so anytink i'll be patient n if its my mistake, will learn from it...

Hie there, jus to let u all noe dat im currently a training Supervisor because my Co have dismissed 2 Male Supervisors for the bodoh things that they do...

So Selina brought up to Agnes that I've e potential n bla2.....

so now im running e floor as in a supervisor job....and learning e routine as well...BUT IM not OFFicially a Supervisor.....and im werking 3-11 these days till schl reopens....

Morning 8am - Fitness Test for my Football School, after dis, will be going to friday prayer den maybe will go to werk early and werk till 11pm or closing....

Anyway I've received my pay dat is below $200...and i guess dats not enough to survive till the next pay kos i need to pay my HP and Internet Bills dat cost $99.47, den left around $90+....I tink im gonna sell sumtink?????

Yesterday morning, went to East Coast Park-CAge to play futsol with Fir(my former classmate), we booked the pitch for 4 hours from 10am - 2pm....so in total my right shin have 2 bruises, e 1st one have jus recovered due to e rough play on last Sat beach soccer @ novena square n e recent 1 is jus nw whereby i used my shin to block the ball den e player missed e ball and whacked my shin n it happens twice but i jus endured it as long as nothing serious happens, its ok!

after dat, went to Parkway Parade to have our lunch then all were separated, me went to Fir house to have a shower and get ready to go to werk, then after dat we both board the train together till toa payoh(where i alight to go to work) and he alights @ braddell to meet his close fren...

so i started werk @ 6pm till 11pm...

supposedly today morning, i've training wif my football school @ 8am but i've decided to take a rest and will be going to the Diadora Warehouse Sale b4 i'm off to werk..Im werking @ 5pm-11pm...or if possible till closing...

Actually e trng session is @ 5pm but my coach make it in e morning, so im lazy to turn up.....

But on Friday morning, they are conducting IPPT test for all the players in e team @ 8am.....so i must be prepared for it...

Hmmm...today is my off day as well as tomorrow (most likelY)...might want to werk tomorrow but it all depends on my las-minute Coach...My coach will inform us last-minute of whether the next day will be a trng session or fitness session....

so today my trng session will be @ 5pm.....need to reach Mandai Tekong @ 445pm.....

so for my breakfast, i ate pancake, homemade by my mom, and for lunch, she cook rasam...woohoo gna eat it cos its my favourite!!!

ao anyway i've jus realised that whenever im angry, there will be many things running thru my mind, cause i've been thru it b4 when im inside, whereby i let out my anger and all those things surrond me start to fly around..so whenever im on the edge of getting angry, i'll think whether to make it a bad situation or just calm down...so fai, i've encounter many situation whereby there's a need for me to scold, get angry but it just a dream.....I'm trying to be patient when dat happens cos i myself dun like to see myself in an angry manner/situation.....

so alhamdulillah, dis 2 years, no bad situation......

Cause/Etiology
Acute bronchitis can be contagious. In about half of instances of acute bronchitis a bacterial or viral pathogen is identified. Typical viruses include respiratory syncytial virus, rhinovirus, influenza, and others.

Acute bronchitis can result from breathing irritating fumes, such as those of tobacco smoke or polluted air.

Signs and symptoms
Bronchitis may be indicated by an expectorating cough, shortness of breath (dyspnea) and wheezing. Occasionally chest pains, fever, and fatigue or malaise may also occur. Treatment
Antibiotics
In most cases, acute bronchitis is caused by viruses, not bacteria, and will go away on its own without antibiotics. Also, a meta-analysis found that antibiotics may reduce symptoms by one-half day.

Prognosis
Acute bronchitis usually lasts a few days. It may accompany or closely follow a cold or the flu, or may occur on its own. Bronchitis usually begins with a dry cough, including waking the sufferer at night. After a few days it progresses to a wetter or productive cough, which may be accompanied by fever, fatigue, and headache. The fever, fatigue, and malaise may last only a few days; but the wet cough may last up to several weeks.

Sat - Morning....started runny nose and throat was pain...drink plain water n took panadol cold....arnd 1300hrs, went to Diadora Warehouse sale and bought 1 pr of jersey n a round neck t-shirt for just $28..after dat went home n rest....

Sun - Morning....woke up feel runny nose,hidung tersumbat n e ingus was yellow in colour n demam panas, check my temp was 37.9 degree celsius...

called up CSC n they asked me to take 2 panadol n take a nap n report to work @ 4m instead of 3pm....I followed their instruction n when i slept i was perspiring alot...my bed n pillow was full of my sweat...woke up @ 2pm, feeling breathless, siap2 den off to werk...reached workplace, sitting @ Regulatin Timing....arnd 1930hrs, my finger was numb because of e aircon over there...i kept going to e toilet to throw away my flame n mucus....so i endured till 10m....my colleagues was so caring dat he told me dat if i cant take it anymore, jus tell e management....my answer was im orite.....I called my dad arnd 2000hrs to fetch me @ 2200hrs...so reached home @ 2230hrs, then i feel breathless and body was hot again throughout my day at werk n still feeling it.....so i lied at my bed n asked my sis to asked my dad kalau breathless wats de medicine?

and there goes...everbody woke up even my stepmum...n she said dat apply vicks to my chest, throat and nose....any they both agreed to sent me to hospital....so my dad called up e ambulance...any my stepmum was touching my feet, and she quickly rush n told my dad dat my feet was cold...

Wait...I've read an article about signs of death(40 days before it), and when i heard it, my mind was thinking whether this is it or will i be given another chance?

so i started zikir in my heart...and i msg tis person saying dat "I wish to take tis oppurtunity to apologize for what wrong doing i've done towards u"I duunoe whether u will c me again after this"

so e ambulance came n give me tis mask to breathe in n out continuosly...

I was sent to NUH cause its e nearest hosp...when i reached there, my breathless was gone its just dat my lungs still have e flame n mucus...so after checking temperature, i was brought to this observation room...and soon this senior doctor came n explain to me about this ting called Bronchitis, and he claimed dat tis is a natural thing even he himself experience it throughout hie life...

so e good news was dat i'm gonna be discharge after 4 hours....n after my dripping finishes..

so when i was asleep i was perspiring too, n e bed, as well as my shirt n e pillow was full of my sweat..n it was damn cold....i wanted to wear my sweater but i cant cos there's drip to my left hand n e blood pressure thingy on my right arm....

so it was 0700hrs, the nurses were waking those hu gna be discharged n get ready for it....then e snr doctor came n explain to me bout e follow up treatment....I received 5 days MC n a follow-up treatment at any GP or Polyclinic on e 06/06/08

so my dad cant pick me up...so i went home by cab...my plan was dat i wanted to go to sch because of e pratical lesson i have today.....by e time i reached my house was 0815hrs....but after rushing up ti my hse, i was exhausted so i choose to not to go to schl today...but will be going to schl starting tmrw although i've MC but i can;t afford to miss any lesson because this is e last term n e subjects were not so easy to score an 'A'....

I've called CSC and told them i've 5 days of MC n my next reporting day for werk will be on friday....but dat 1 oso nt so sure whether i can go cause i've got a check-up to go to....

so sniwae my temp today is 37.0 degree celsius....feeling better but e flame n mucus still in my lungs n still felling little bit of breathless..
